STEP Institute is a research and training organization dedicated to empowering individuals and fostering personal and professional growth. STEP is committed to empowering young people by promoting active citizenship, essential life skills, and inclusive societal participation. Through their initiatives, they engage youth in tackling pressing social and environmental challenges while nurturing creativity, activism, and entrepreneurship. STEP also works extensively with youth workers and teachers, primarily through training courses and workshops. STEP trainers conduct activities on topics such as design thinking, circular economy, growth mindset, and emotional intelligence.
